15 Minute Heavy Bag Workout for Muay Thai

This is the Heavy Bag guide for you to follow at home or in the gym, this guide is to get you in possible fighting shape and show you correct techniques from our Morakot Coaches.

Heavy Bag Workout Breakdown:

-5 Minutes Bag Work – this includes everything you’ve learn in your class so far, it also gives you the chance to add some power and focus on your offence skills

– 200 Skip Knees Holding the bag with 2 hands and knee consecutively left and then right standing on the balls of your feet.

– 200 Teeps Alternating left and right teeps, swinging your hands. Left leg, left hand and right leg right hand. Hand swing will engage and thrust your hip forward.

All heavy bag work you must assume the target as if you were fighting.
